Job summary

Colorado Hospital Association seeks an Executive Operations Manager to serve as a trusted strategic and operational partner to the President & CEO. The role combines high-level executive support with Board governance coordination to ensure executive effectiveness.

Initial in-office presence four days per week, supporting meetings, external relationships, and priority responsiveness, with exposure to health policy and hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years supporting a CEO or senior leader.
• Strong written communication and briefing preparation.
• Experience coordinating Board activities and governance documents.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted partner to the President & CEO, anticipating needs and priorities.
• Manage CEO calendar, travel, and meeting preparation with minimal oversight.
• Prepare executive briefings, talking points, and correspondence.
• Coordinate Board meetings, materials, minutes and governance records.
• Develop efficient Executive Office systems and templates to improve workflows.
