Job summary

KBR is seeking a highly organized Executive Operations and Decision Support Specialist to enhance leadership effectiveness through operational coordination, workflow optimization, and decision-support activities at the Eglin AFB, FL site.

You will support senior leaders by synchronizing priorities, preparing briefing materials, tracking actions, and ensuring timely, informed decisions in a high-visibility defense environment.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience supporting executive operations and staff coordination.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in high-visibility environments.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership through executive operations and decision-support activities.
• Synchronize leadership priorities, internal workflows, and staff actions to improve responsiveness.
• Coordinate leadership engagements and key events in line with mission priorities.
• Prepare, refine, and quality-check decision-support materials and briefing packages.
• Track actions and suspense items to ensure timely completion and leadership visibility.
• Facilitate information flow across leadership, staff, and external stakeholders.
