Job summary

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience supporting executive operations, staff coordination, or leadership support in a professional environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a high-visibility setting.
• Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership through executive operations, staff integration, and decision-support activities.
• Synchronize leadership priorities, internal workflows, and staff actions to improve responsiveness.
• Coordinate leadership engagements and key events in line with mission priorities.
• Prepare and quality-check decision-support materials, read-aheads, agendas, and briefing packages.
• Track actions and suspense items to ensure timely completion and leadership visibility.
• Facilitate information flow across leadership, staff, and external stakeholders for effective coordination.
• Support battle rhythm management, meeting execution, and continuity of operations.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance effectiveness.
• Maintain coordination tools and processes to improve organizational awareness and execution.
• Ensure leadership interactions and staff integration are well-coordinated.
