Open Hand Ministries seeks a full-time Executive Director to serve as chief executive officer during a period of leadership transition. You will guide day-to-day operations, lead strategic planning for growth and sustainability, and build a model and plan over about 18 months.

You will develop mission-focused strategies for operations, fundraising, and community engagement while supporting program excellence, rigorous evaluation, and strong governance with the Board and committees.
