Job summary

Cowboy Space Corp. is seeking an Executive & Corporate Communications Partner to shape and amplify the voices of the CEO and senior leaders, owning corporate and internal communications.

You will craft executive narratives, prepare leaders for media appearances, and ensure messaging is authentic, consistent, and aligned with the company’s mission and milestones. This role involves strategy across executive, corporate, and internal communications and close collaboration with the marketing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in executive communications or related field.
• Experience advising founders or chief executives.
• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing, and message development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to capture an executive’s authentic voice.
• Experience preparing senior leaders for media interviews and events.
• Experience writing corporate communications materials such as press releases and announcements.
• Strong editorial judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to understand complex technical subjects and communicate them effectively.
• Genuine curiosity about spacecraft, computing infrastructure, and the orbital economy.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a communications roadmap for the CEO and executive team, strengthening their profiles as leaders in space technology.
• Advise leaders on key messages and maintain narrative consistency across interviews, podcasts, and public appearances.
• Develop and refine each executive’s personal and professional narrative to align with the company mission and vision.
• Identify and position executives for speaking engagements, interviews, and other opportunities.
• Create talking points, briefing materials, presentations, and preparation plans for executive appearances.
• Coordinate follow-up after appearances and manage post-event materials.
• Monitor executive visibility and recommend new audiences and formats to amplify each leader’s voice.
• Own corporate communications: draft press releases, statements, and company messaging.
• Oversee social and organic channels to grow audience and reinforce positioning.
• Align executive and corporate communications with the Head of Marketing and company campaigns.
