Job summary

Cowboy Space Corporation is seeking an Executive & Corporate Communications Partner to shape and amplify the voices of the CEO and members of the executive team, and to own the company’s corporate and internal communications. You will work directly with senior leaders to communicate the company’s mission, technical progress, and long-term vision.

You will develop distinct executive narratives, identify opportunities for meaningful visibility, and prepare our leaders for interviews, podcasts,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in executive communications or related field.
• Experience advising founders or senior leaders.
• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing and messaging skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics for broad audiences.
• Experience preparing leaders for media interviews and events.
• Experience drafting corporate communications materials.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a communications roadmap for the CEO and executive team.
• Shape messages and ensure narrative consistency across interviews and public appearances.
• Develop personal and professional executive narratives aligned with company mission.
• Identify speaking engagements and media opportunities.
• Prepare talking points, briefings, presentations and follow up plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align executive and corporate messaging.
• Own press releases, media statements and company announcements.
• Manage social channels to grow audience and reinforce positioning.
• Maintain a consistent company narrative across channels.
