Job summary

Cowboy Space Corporation seeks an Executive & Corporate Communications Partner to shape and amplify the voices of the CEO and the executive team, and to own the company’s corporate and internal communications.

You will work directly with senior leaders to convey the mission and progress, develop distinctive narratives, identify speaking opportunities, and ensure a consistent company story across interviews, press releases, social channels, and internal updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in executive communications or related field.
• Experience advising and supporting founders, chief executives, or other senior leaders.
• Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing, and message development skills.
• Ability to quickly understand complex technical subjects and communicate them accurately.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a communications roadmap for the CEO and executive team.
• Advise on key messages and maintain narrative consistency across interviews, podcasts, speaking engagements, and public appearances.
• Develop executive narratives and translate the company's mission into a compelling voice for each leader.
• Identify and position executives for speaking engagements and media opportunities.
• Prepare talking points, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up plans for executive appearances.
• Coordinate and align corporate and executive messaging across channels in partnership with Marketing.
