  • Maintain primary control over the President's calendar.
  • Prepare background information for all appointments on the President's calendar.
  • Act as the President's point of contact with internal and external constituencies.
  • Triage calls and office visits for the President.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the President.
  • Assist with events run by the President's Office.
  • Draft routine correspondence for the President's signature.
  • Support the Chief of Staff on office management and coordination when needed.
