Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace and quick adoption of new tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Executive Operations & Coordination: align leadership goals, track action items, ensure accountability across teams."
• Core Calendar & Travel Execution: manage a dynamic calendar, plan domestic and international travel, accompany the CEO as needed.
• Executive Liaison: act as a proxy for the CEO with internal teams and external partners, maintain confidentiality.
