EDB is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) who will act as a strategic partner and right hand in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment. The role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to proactively manage priorities across global teams.

You will support the CRO, manage highly confidential information, coordinate across time zones, and drive efficiency in communications, calendars, travel, and events.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in revenue/go-to-market organizations.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CRO.
• Anticipate needs, identify challenges, and proactively develop solutions.
• Optimize the CRO's time, focus, and decision-making through prioritization and coordination.
• Manage and triage executive communications and deliverables.
• Coordinate complex global travel and executive-level meetings and events.
• Maintain calendars, travel plans, and confidential information with discretion.
