Thrivent Financial is seeking a licensed administrative support professional to assist Flint Hills Group. The role supports financial advisors and clients with inquiries about accounts, research, and daily operations, including phones, documentation, and systems usage. This is a 1099 position with in-office or central time zone residence options in KS.

Competenze

• Must be securities registered (Series 7/66 or 7/63/65 or 6/63/65).
• Must be insurance licensed/appointed.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 2+ years preferred.

Mansioni

• Researches inquiries regarding client accounts and tracking pending business.
• Manage and processing of death claims.
• Provides fund values and answers product-related questions for securities/insurance as licensed.
• Prepares routine correspondence, reports, and special projects.
• Updates the contact management system with client contact and preference information.
• Assists Financial Advisors in preparation and follow up for client meetings.
• Verifies and processes securities trade orders from customers.
