Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related discipline is desired.
• Equivalent education and directly related experience may be considered.
• U.S. Citizen. Minimum of 5 years of directly related professional experience.
• MS Office and social media platform proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
• Experience in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Executive Administration - Support C-Suite Level Executives with Operations and Strategy.
• Represent C-Suite for Internal and External Engagements; coordinate strategic calendar and milestones.
• Manage Planning & Execution of Major Corporate Events; oversee strategic communications.
• Workforce Outreach - Support Employee Recruitment, Development, and Retention.
• Facilitate employee loyalty and connection; manage the One Connected Team program and site visits.
• Manage Company Brand Awareness and Marketing Support.
• Project Analyst - Analyze project requirements, plan and schedule working meetings, track actions to closure.
• Communicate across operational and staff functions.
