Job summary

The role partners with executive sponsors, manages interdependencies and risks, and supports standardized methodologies, reporting, and continuous improvement within the Strategy Execution Office.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in structured project management or PMO roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple workstreams.
• Experience with executive sponsors and senior leaders.
• Healthcare or enterprise strategy execution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates planning for a portfolio of initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Partners with sponsors and teams to translate strategy into actionable plans and milestones.
• Provides governance to ensure scope, timelines, resources, and outcomes.
• Manages interdependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies across the portfolio.
• Establishes governance routines and reporting cadences for executives.
• Develops program documentation including charters, workplans, RAID logs, and summaries.
• Monitors progress and value realization; updates leaders with timely recommendations.
• Supports prioritization and sequencing to align with capacity and readiness.
