Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five years’ experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• Prior banking or financial services experience is a plus.
• Experience with business process design and change management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Acts as consultant on diverse business needs and requirements.
• Conducts current state assessments and designs future state processes.
• Identifies issues and articulates opportunities for continuous improvement.
