Job summary

Regions is seeking a Corporate Banking Strategic Partner to drive end-to-end process design, roadmaps, and continuous improvement across the Corporate Banking Group. This role partners with business units to translate architecture needs into actionable initiatives and measurable growth strategies.

The position emphasizes complex stakeholder engagement, market research, and effective communication to deliver client–associate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years' experience in business analysis, project or change management.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• Experience evaluating business processes and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Acts as consultant on business needs and requirements.
• Conducts current state assessments and designs future state processes.
• Identifies issues and articulates strategic opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Supports lifecycle of strategic projects from inception to execution.
• Performs market research and competitive analysis to drive opportunities.
• Develops communication strategies and reporting on segment performance.
• Contributes to workflow changes and risk and control identification.
