Job summary

EY in Seattle seeks a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver complex Clients & Industries strategy execution. You will partner with function leaders, align with regional teams, and oversee communications, planning, and resource strategies to enable growth and improved client service.

The role requires 12+ years in a professional services environment, strong leadership, and ability to manage multiple priorities with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.
• Experience leading strategy execution programs and collaborating with leadership across regions.
• Ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and deliver the function's strategy alongside the function’s leader and leadership network.
• Collaborate with function leadership to co-develop strategic planning and insights.
• Provide strategic guidance on management information and business performance analysis.
• Lead internal communications and content development to activate strategy and drive meetings.
• Coordinate with regional teams to expand pipeline and revenue opportunities.
• Develop awareness campaigns and execute strategic events.
