Job summary

Strobel-Energy-Group-LLC seeks an Executive Vice President (EVP) to partner with the CEO, translating strategy into action across the organization. The EVP will oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You will lead strategic plans, integrate diverse departments from development to construction, manage risks, and ensure projects meet schedules and budgets, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in construction leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Knowledge and experience with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors.
Proven ability to manage risk, profitability, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with CEO and Directors to develop strategic plans and objectives.
Integrate efforts across Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
Champion change order management processes.
Monitor project performance against schedules and budgets; take corrective actions.
Review and approve project estimates, proposals, and pre-bid packages.
Provide leadership for all project execution from award to closeout.
Approve budgets, staffing, and resources for successful execution.
Maintain relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Lead the project management team to deliver safely, on time and within budget.
Identify and mitigate contractual and operational risks with CEO and counsel.
