Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors.
• Proven track record managing risk, profitability, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop strategic plans and objectives.
• Act as executive integrator across BD, Estimating, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, PM, and Construction.
• Champion change order management processes.
• Monitor project performance against schedules and budgets; take corrective actions.
• Review and approve estimates, proposals, and pre-bid packages.
• Provide executive leadership from contract award through closeout.
• Approve budgets, staffing, and resource allocations for projects.
• Build relationships with clients, engineering firms, suppliers, subcontractors.
