Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior EVM Analyst to provide strategic earned value management leadership within the Kinetic Effects Division of the Defense Systems Sector. You will be part of the Corporate Earned Value Management (EVM) Center of Excellence (COE) responsible for scheduling, EVMS, tools, training, and surveillance.

The role requires hands-on EVMS support, interfacing with PFAs, CAMs, PMs, and executives, and ensuring compliance with contracts and policy.

Qualifications

  • Requires BA degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience or Masters with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise using OPDEC IPM/Deltek Cobra EVM tools.
  • IPMR/IPMDAR formats knowledge.
  • Experience leading Variance Narratives.
  • Subcontractor data integration experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, lookups).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute program EVMS policies and practices.
  • Support internal/external surveillance, audits, and reviews.
  • Develop EVMS talent, performance management, and business strategy.
  • Provide EVMS analysis to improve program performance.
  • Align material management with scheduling and EVMS best practices.
  • Interact with senior leadership on strategic matters.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Contracts, and technical staff.
