Cultivate Learning, in collaboration with the UW ecosystem, seeks a temporary Events and Training Program Manager to lead the design and execution of conferences, trainings, and hybrid events. You will manage budgets, contracts, and key vendor relationships while driving continuous quality improvement through data and evaluation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of event or program management experience with budget ownership.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and independently resolve high‑visibility challenges.
• Experience designing data collection and evaluation processes to inform strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategy for institutes, conferences, trainings, and events.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships and contracts for venues and A/V.
• Lead virtual and hybrid event standards, platforms, and accessibility.
• Oversee post‑event materials, surveys, and reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑team workflows and documentation for event delivery.
