Realityworks is an employee-owned education technology company based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We are seeking a Marketing Events & Sponsorship Specialist to lead planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, sponsorships, and training events to connect educators and customers with our family of brands.

In this collaborative role, you will manage calendars, coordinate logistics, and work with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and vendors to optimize event ROI, generate leads, and build

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with PC-based software and automated database management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, coordination, and execution of company participation in tradeshows, conferences, presentations, trainings, and special events.
• Maintain the master event calendar with registrations, deadlines, presentations, logistics, and event requirements.
• Coordinate event preparation activities, including inventory management, packing, shipping, and event readiness.
• Manage tradeshow inventory and marketing materials, ensuring assets are accurate, functional, and event-ready.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, vendors, and internal teams to set goals, resources, execution plans, and attendee engagement.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to maximize event ROI through lead generation, sponsorships, and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with conference organizers, associations, partners, and industry groups to identify future opportunities.
• Maintain event documentation and communicate updates, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Track event expenses, leads, revenue opportunities, and ROI to support planning and improvement.
• Provide hands-on event support, including shipment coordination and process improvements.
