The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Producer - Events to plan, organize, and execute a variety of events while managing strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners, oversees budgets, vendor contracts, timelines, and attendee experiences to ensure flawless events that reflect the resort's standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination and/or planning in hospitality.
• Experience with large-scale luxury resort settings preferred.
• Ability to manage client relationships and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external partners, align marketing strategies, and executing joint marketing initiatives to deliver mutually beneficial results.
• Manage all event and partnership logistics, working within budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless event execution.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive brand visibility and growth.
• Plan, organize, and execute events from conception through to completion.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
