Job summary

NVE Experience Agency seeks a Senior Producer to lead large-scale B2B programs from concept through execution, focusing on corporate events and experiences. You will translate client briefs into clear scopes, budgets, and timelines while directing internal teams and vendor partners.

Responsibilities include end-to-end program delivery, managing budgets from $500K–$3MM, and ensuring on-site excellence. Collaboration with leadership and executive stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of event production experience
• Experience leading large-scale B2B events and conferences
• 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience
• Technical production knowledge across AV, staging, lighting, rigging, power, and networking
• Extensive freelance and vendor network across B2B event production
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
• Proficient with Microsoft and Apple applications and project management software
• Thorough understanding of permitting standards and ability to manage production timelines around permit procurement
• Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects/clients simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Own and lead projects as senior production lead, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Build core project documentation including timelines, production schedules, budgets, floor plans, session grids, and run of show.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders across marketing, communications, content, IT, and security, and support executive and speaker logistics.
• Manage venue, convention center, and hotel relationships, including space holds, floor plan approvals, and vendor coordination.
• Partner with creative leadership to ensure financial viability of concepts and deliverables.
• Work with leadership to allocate resources efficiently.
• Manage client relationships and provide clear ongoing communication on roles, scope, budget, and schedules.
• Oversee invoices and vendor payments and assist finance with close-outs.
• Negotiate with AV/production vendors to secure value without compromising quality.
