Peak2Peak Events in Anchorage, AK seeks an Events Manager to lead the development, planning, and execution of its own events and client projects. You will ensure profitable, well‑organized events with top‑quality attendee and sponsor experiences.

Reporting to the Advertising Director, you will supervise the Event Coordinator, manage budgets, secure partnerships, coordinate with marketing, and deliver on time with strong financial oversight. Evening/weekend flexibility required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience leading events, including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
• Experience supervising staff or directing event teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage the event calendar, timelines, budgets, and performance goals.
• Plan venues, vendors, food and beverage, AV, signage, and seating for events.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure partnerships and sponsorships with sales support.
• Act as primary client contact, confirm goals, scope, budget, and timelines.
• Provide weekly updates to the Advertising Director on progress and metrics.
