Job summary

PEAK Grantmaking is seeking a Convening and Events Manager to lead the development and delivery of program logistics for hosted conferences, programming, webinars, and sector appearances.

The role collaborates with the Chapter and Membership teams to support chapter events and sponsored webinars, while maintaining exceptional project management, written and verbal communication, and customer service for internal and external audiences. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent project and people management experience in event planning and management.
• Comfort in facilitating events in virtual environments and working with internal/external stakeholders.
• Highly polished written and verbal communication, impeccable organizational skills, strong customer service ethic.
• Willingness to travel 3–5 days per month for site selection and logistics planning, and for the annual conference.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and delivery of program logistics for conferences, programming, webinars, and sector appearances.
• Provide logistical and strategic support to the Chapter Manager for chapter events and webinars, and to the Membership Team for membership webinars.
