Corporate Travel Management Limited is seeking an Event Specialist to guide clients through meetings, conferences, and events from planning to execution, leveraging registration platforms and event technology to ensure success.

You'll partner with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, manage budgets, deliver exceptional service, and identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes across the event lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 2–5 years in event planning, meetings, or conference services.
• Experience with registration platforms and event technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through event planning phases with milestone-based timelines.
• Support planning and delivery of meetings and conferences with high client service.
• Develop and maintain registration sites and attendee communications.
• Conduct training on event management platforms.
• Assist with venue sourcing and housing coordination.
• Maintain event budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Generate reports and analyze event data for client objectives.
