Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships that drive revenue and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live events, health fairs, and outreach activities to support community engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Maintain a contacts database, track sales efforts, and report progress.
• Conduct presentations and meetings with prospects and referrals to share Synergy HomeCare information.
• Sign clients through in-home assessments and signed agreements.
• Support and grow presence in three geographic areas.
