The role focuses on community and advocacy rather than pure campaign execution, partnering with Marketing Operations and Campaigns for logistics as needed.

The role aims to create differentiated, content-led programs and an always-on virtual community, engaging customers as advocates and sources of customer stories.

Responsibilities

• Execute conference presence and regional roadshows with a repeatable playbook.
• Build a perpetual virtual community for market researchers.
• Design content-led formats and partnerships to fuel advocacy.
• Collaborate with product marketing and thought leadership owners on data and POVs.
• Foster customer relationships for speakers, references and case studies.
