Job summary

Knit is hiring a Research Manager to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes by owning research projects, tailoring approaches, and presenting stakeholder-ready insights. You will work across enterprise accounts, guide scoping, and educate customers on Knit’s capabilities while driving high-quality deliverables.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customers, continuous improvement of research outputs, and alignment with Knit’s product vision for stakeholder-ready reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of market research experience, with majority on the supplier side in an agency environment.
• Experience leading discovery and scoping calls, writing quant/qual questionnaires, drafting analysis plans, and presenting stakeholder-ready insights topline & reports.
• Ability to drive initiatives in ambiguous environments, startup experience a plus.
• Proven track record owning and supporting client relationships with Enterprise/Fortune 500 US-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the dedicated research lead for all customers’ projects on assigned accounts and ensuring project success.
• Driving and documenting in-depth project scoping to uncover objectives and context.
• Educate customers on Knit’s capabilities; act as solutions architect and escalate to Research Directors when needed.
• Escalating needs to Research Directors to support troubleshooting when risks arise.
• Maintain and enrich customer context to improve Knit’s ability to meet custom research needs.
• Be the final, customer-ready check and approver on all final topline delivery and present insights to customers.
• Participate in continuous innovation on Knit’s AI product to minimize delta between AI output and human researcher output.
• Collect feedback on the last mile post-delivery to inform stakeholder-ready reports.
