ARAMARK is seeking an Events Services Manager to lead and oversee the execution of our standardized Events Services program. You will ensure delivery meets client expectations, manage budgeting, and drive continuous improvement across events activities.

The role requires a college degree and banquet management experience in a Five-Star setting, with strong leadership, planning, and communication skills to coordinate large-scale events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or higher; preferred majors include Journalism and Communication, Public Relations, Marketing.
• Experience: Banquet management at a Five‑Star hotel for 3+ years or equivalent administrative experience in a large organization.
• Knowledge: Familiar with enterprise SOPs and standard operating procedures; strong administrative acumen.
• Technical: Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CET-4 or higher is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Establish and implement the ARAMARK Events Services program following standardized procedures.
• Improve efficiency and the program using QPE results and action plans.
• Plan daily Events service operations, focusing on conference reception and support; manage emergencies.
