Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in Event Marketing or Hospitality Industry
• Experience in Financial Services/FinTech Event Marketing a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management to handle long and short lead times
• Strong relationship management with a team-focused approach
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work off-hours; holidays
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Develop event marketing strategies and lead initiatives to drive results for clients and business partners
• Event planning and execution
• Ensure all event branding, materials, signage, and displays meet marketing controls
• Create and manage content and website design and registration services
• Handle event financial reporting and cost reporting; report savings to leadership
• Support expense management initiatives and assess event risk
• Full-time, hybrid position
