The role involves organizing catering, vendors, contracts, and the technical execution of virtual components, while balancing multiple programs with overlapping timelines and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for the full event lifecycle (pre, post, and on-site)
• Pivot between tasks required for planning on-site and live online program deliveries
• Organize catering for on-site programs including dinners and receptions
• Arrange external program vendors and negotiate all contracts and pricing
• Manage all technical aspects of live online program deliveries including participant troubleshooting, faculty training, platform exploration, and video editing
• Balance requirements of numerous programs in varied stages of planning with overlapping schedules and deadlines
• Participate in cross-functional project teams and drive continuous improvement of program operations
• Communicate with participants and clients and provide high level support for all program faculty
• Collect, upload, and maintain all program website information and materials
• Use complex databases and learning management systems to ensure a superior customer experience
• Collaborate on development and management of the program budget; forecast projected program expenses and reconcile post program budgets
