Job summary

Doyle Auctioneers & Appraisers is seeking a seasoned Event Manager to lead planning and execution of in-house and regional events. You will partner with the marketing team, vendors, and clients to deliver high-impact programs that support brand objectives.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a related BA, and strong project management. Some travel and occasional evening work are expected as part of a busy event calendar.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• College degree in a related field.
• Experience managing and designing events across exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
• Strong project management with multiple regional events.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events from ideation to delivery with timelines, budgets, invitations, and guest lists.
• Create innovative programming to drive engagement and brand experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and requirements.
• Coordinate registration, travel, accommodations, catering, and AV for programs.
• Oversee post-event follow-up and ROI analysis.
