Job summary

Netzer Metalworks is seeking an Estimating & Sales Support Specialist to coordinate the quoting process across engineering, purchasing, suppliers, and sales teams. You will manage RFQs, gather pricing and lead times, perform cost analyses, and ensure customer requirements are clearly understood throughout the organization.

• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industrial environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and cost-analysis abilities.
• Customer-focused with clear communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and engineering drawings to develop accurate quotations.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, purchasing, and production to prepare pricing proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical information.
• Research and source materials and services to support estimating and quoting.
• Perform post-job cost analysis to improve accuracy and profitability.
• Ensure customer requirements are documented and communicated across the organization.
• Support sales activities through quote follow-up and customer communication.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to support pricing and delivery.
