Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• 5+ years in a finance, contracts, or accounting role.
• 5+ years in developing estimates.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or higher.
• Experience with government cost accounting standards and FAR preferred.
• Experience leading projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of complex estimates and prices from complex technical requirements through design, build, and support stages.
• Leads development and application of estimating and pricing strategies using innovative computational techniques.
• Guides proposals, evaluates requests for proposals, and substantiates estimates and pricing.
• Leads and performs complex analysis and provides recommendations in support of pricing and estimating.
• Coordinates with proposal teams and cost element owners to develop basis of estimate and substantiation of cost data.
• Provides fact-finding, negotiation and audit support of cost proposal artifacts and coordinates responses.
• Supports, prepares, and briefs senior leader-level presentations.
• Identifies and implements changes to processes, tools, and techniques to improve accuracy.
• Supports compliance activities.
