Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Arizona) seeks an experienced pricing and finance systems specialist to maintain and support the ProPricer pricing and estimating system. You will build tools, scripts, models, and workflows to improve the proposal process and financial analysis.

You will conduct ad-hoc analyses, test new tool capabilities, support business case development, and deliver training materials to help stakeholders understand complex topics.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI/Query, Apps, and/or Automate)
• Professional experience in a related finance role
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and support of the ProPricer pricing and estimating system.
• Support the development of tools that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposal process through scripting, modeling, and designing workflows and database schemas.
• Perform “as required”/ad-hoc analysis to support the E&P organization with system related questions.
• Test new internal and external tool capabilities and support business case development for initiatives aligned with the E&P technology roadmap.
• Facilitate training sessions and prepare guidance documentation for the E&P organization that effectively break down complex topics into simple, actionable steps.
