Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking an Associate Director, Application Development – Payroll & UKG to lead enterprise Payroll and Workforce Management platforms, focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and UKG. You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and operations to define product strategies and ensure reliable delivery.

You will build durable product teams, manage capacity, governance, and continuous improvement, while aligning technology with enterprise architecture, data, security, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Eight (8) plus years experience with application development in a complex multi-platform environment.
• Four (4) plus years of direct work experience in management capacity, including vendor packaged systems implementations.
• Experience in managing teams in complex enterprise-level implementation and support of vendor-supplied software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare or relate Computer Science field.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Certification and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management Certification preferred.
• PMP and/or ScrumMaster (CSM preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes for Payroll and Workforce Management.
• Translate business strategy and regulatory requirements into sustainable technology capabilities.
• Establish persistent product roadmaps and backlogs aligned with transformation and operational stability.
• Lead technology governance for payroll platforms and integrations.
• Co-lead multidisciplinary product teams across payroll, HR, and finance.
• Maintain platform reliability, security, and operational performance.
