Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in manufacturing with planning/scheduling exposure.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Epicor, Oracle, JD Edwards, Infor, IFS or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and strong data analysis.
• Excellent organization, analytical thinking, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand and plant capacity into actionable daily and weekly production schedules.
• Partner with production, purchasing, maintenance, and customer service to line up materials and resources.
• Monitor execution and re-plan to accommodate downtime, material gaps, or shifting priorities.
• Ensure ERP/MRP accuracy across work orders, BOMs, inventory transactions, and production data.
• Interrogate production metrics, inventory levels, and capacity to expose inefficiencies and drive improvement.
• Publish Excel-based reports that inform planning and operational decisions.
• Lead clear communication in daily production meetings to keep teams aligned.
