Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years relevant experience, Master's 6 years, or PhD 3 years.
• Experience with IMS, EVM, and portfolio management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information for senior decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supports DoD Cyber Crime Center enterprise PM/SME analytics and requirements management.
• Establishes and maintains Government portfolio processes, tracking cost and performance.
• Develops intake logs, CSP metrics, and RPIB deliverables per schedule.
• Delivers IMS updates and dashboards; conducts critical path and risk assessments monthly.
• Uses Generative AI tools to accelerate tasks, research, and reporting.
