• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive budget and data analysis to inform financial planning and execution.
• Extensive experience with manpower and budgetary databases and DoD budgeting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and SME advice on budget formulation, execution, forecasting, and financial documentation for highly technical programs.
• Research, analyze, and evaluate financial data from government systems to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop long-range financial plans, budgets, and multi-year funding profiles to support program execution.
• Monitor execution of financial plans and provide data-driven insights for resource allocation.
• Produce budget execution analytics and visualizations across fiscal quarters to aid decision making.
