Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, procurement, engineering, life sciences or related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, or related leadership of global supplier relationships.
• Ability to operate at Director level, influence senior executives and align diverse stakeholders in a global matrix without direct authority.
• Proven governance, executive sponsorship models, joint business plans, supplier scorecards and escalation mechanisms.
