Qualifications

• Strong pre-sales/consultative experience with senior business and engineering stakeholders.
• Fluency discussing APIs, SDKs, and backend workflows without being a hands-on developer.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with senior client stakeholders across product, technology, and integrations.
• Explain capabilities, support solution design, and advance opportunities commercially.
• Investigate API/SDK, backend, and data issues; coordinate and drive to resolution.
• Use SQL, CTEs, joins, and data visualization to identify trends and tie data to KPIs.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements and influence product/engineering roadmaps.
• Act as the voice of the customer across Product, Engineering, Sales and Account Management.
