Bastion is seeking a Director of Partnerships to own relationships with banking partners, liquidity providers, blockchain ecosystems, and payment networks. You will drive end-to-end partnership cycles, structure multi-party agreements, and launch distribution motions with platforms that embed or resell Bastion.

You will translate roadmaps into product and engineering priorities and help grow the partnerships team.

• Own the partner portfolio and drive end-to-end partnership cycles from sourcing through legal and compliance review to close
• Structure partner agreements including revenue share, pricing, and integration terms in collaboration with finance and legal
• Launch distribution motions with platforms that embed or resell Bastion and hand qualified leads to sales
• Translate partner roadmaps into concrete priorities for product and engineering
• Represent Bastion in industry forums and conferences and help hire the next partnerships team member
