The role oversees risk appetite, KRIs, issue management, data governance, and policy governance while fostering a strong risk culture through education and timely escalation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, Data Management, or related field.
• CERP, CRMP, GRCP, FRM preferred.
• Fifteen or more years of senior leadership experience in banking, ERM, operational risk, internal audit, compliance, or data governance.
• Experience overseeing enterprise issue management, including risk rating, remediation governance, validation, closure, extensions, and escalation.
• Experience leading Three Lines model and governance reporting to the Board and Management Risk Committee.

• Owns and maintains the Enterprise Issue Management Program (identification, risk rating, root cause analysis, action planning, validation, closure, escalation).
• Promotes Three Lines model, risk ownership, escalation, and governance across units; coordinates risk reporting to executives and Board.
• Monitors risk appetite and KRI performance; investigates breaches and escalations; supports decision-making with risk reporting.
• Designs and executes targeted risk assessments; evaluates inherent risk, controls, residual risk, and action plans.
• Partners with leadership to assess strategic initiatives, new markets, and business changes for risk alignment.
• Oversees Data Governance Program including data ownership, stewardship, quality, lineage, retention, and issue escalation.
