Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Resiliency Officer to partner with C-suite and business units in Houston or Jersey City.

The role focuses on preparing the organization for loss of personnel, technology, facilities, or third-party partners, in line with defined policies and standards, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will deliver strategic resiliency projects, provide guidance for business continuity and disaster recovery, facilitate exercises, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Project Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with industry-recognized Professional Certification (preferred).
• Experience leading and implementing projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of technologies relevant to responsibilities with a strong focus on analytics and reporting; experience with Archer and Everbridge is a plus.
• Understanding of how Cloud/CoLo/SaaS environments support critical business processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with C-Suite Leaders and their organizations to deliver strategic Enterprise Resiliency projects.
• Provide guidance, training, and QA for development of resiliency strategies and plan documents to respective Business Continuity, Incident Management and Disaster Recovery.
• Facilitate resiliency exercises to validate solutions and plans have been adequately tested and gaps are identified and tracked until remediation is complete.
• Ensure all program partners are adhering to Enterprise Resiliency policies and standards and compliance obligations.
• Participate in audits and regulatory reviews as required.

Experience with using Enterprise Resiliency tools (e.g., Archer and Everbridge) a plus* Understanding of how Cloud/CoLo/SaaS technical environments support critical business processes* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; can work well with others; proactive and eager to provide assistance when there is a potential incident* Available for occasional work during off hours and willing to travel to Corebridge Financial facilities as necessary* CBCP and/or PMP certification**Compensation**The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000 at the commencement of employment for the Jersey City, NJ area. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.Corebridge also offers a range of competitive benefits as part of the total compensation package, as detailed below.**Work Location**This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX or Jersey City, NJ office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.**Estimated Travel**May include up to 25%.#LI-SAFG #LI-CW1 #LI-Hybrid
