Job summary

Connecticut Children’s is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide IS and business initiatives within the EPMO. You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and clear executive updates.

This role emphasizes rigorous governance, risk management, and continuous improvement of project management practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business area or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years with enterprise-wide project management experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise-wide cross-functional project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects, monitors progress and budgets.
• Establishes budgets with sponsors and leadership and tracks costs within budget.
• Develops and maintains project documentation and status reports.
• Builds Smartsheet dashboards, reports, forms, and surveys to support tracking.
