Qualifications

• 10+ years of Technical Project Management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven experience leading Epic EMR/EHR projects from planning to go-live.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT, interoperability, data migration and workflows.
• Experience managing complex enterprise-level projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end healthcare IT and technical projects from planning through go-live.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across applications, infrastructure, security, and operations.
• Lead Epic-related implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, migrations, and go-live activities.
• Partner with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Drive issue resolution and keep projects aligned with business objectives.
