The role requires executive communication, strong analysis, and hands-on project lifecycle leadership. Storm-duty readiness and a robust benefits package support this critical function.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including IT/engineering programs.
• 2+ years in change management, portfolio management, and governance (preferred).
• PMI-PMP certification strongly preferred; PMI-ACP is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex projects aligned with strategic priorities and objectives.
• Guide project portfolio, provide training and coaching to sponsors and teams.
• manage full lifecycle: scope, plans, budgets, resources, RAID, change control.
• produce status reports with milestones, risks, actions, issues, decisions.
• maintain governance, metrics, and stakeholder engagement across projects.
• mentor junior and mid-level project managers and ensure smooth operations.
