Job summary

LexisNexis Special Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager I to lead medium-to-large, enterprise-impact initiatives across functions. You will define strategies, govern delivery, and manage roadmaps, dependencies, and risks with cross-functional teams.

You will report to the GPA PMO and mentor junior managers, influence senior stakeholders, and support go-to-market activities. Experience in regulated environments and proficiency with PM tools are highly valued.

Qualifications

5–9+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional or regulated environments.
Ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives while managing changing priorities, timelines, and resources.
Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks.
Experience in regulated environments (financial services, data privacy, compliance) preferred.
Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar.
Experience leveraging AI tools within project management practices.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver medium-to-large, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives with enterprise impact.
Define and execute project strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards aligned to organizational goals.
Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across cross-functional teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; provide executive-level communication and reporting.
Influence decision-making and alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functions.
Ensure project performance tracking through KPIs and proactively mitigate risks.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices.
Support go-to-market execution, including launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch optimization (as applicable).
