You will own the full project lifecycle—from initiation to post-implementation—while mentoring junior PMO staff and driving broader process improvements.

You will build schedules, manage budgets, and align enterprise-wide stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and value realization across departments and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of progressive project management experience leading large initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple highly complex, cross-functional projects.
• Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, and budgets.
• Mentor junior PMO staff and contribute to process improvements.
• Coordinate with executives, vendors, and stakeholders for alignment.
• Monitor risks and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Prepare PM artifacts such as RFPs, SOWs, and timelines.
